When will I receive my order?
We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays Mornings of -Each week-.
(Shipping day differs depending on the delivery destination)
No Shipping on weekends and any public holidays.
Please allow from 2 to 5 working days ( STARTING FROM OUR SHIPPING DAYS ) for your order to be at your doorstep.

As Once Your Order is dispatched, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL with a tracking number.
Do You Offer International shipping?
Sadly not yet, but we're working on it.
We are currently delivering locally all around Egypt- We ship to all governorates for 80 EGP.

Where Are You Located?
We're an online store, we don't have a physical store.
we only operate online via our website.

Can I Return or Exchange my Product?
Unfortunately, we don't have an exchange or refund policy yet,
Assizes are limited and we are high on demand. So we advise making sure of the size before purchasing.

Can I Cancel Or Amend My Order After I've placed it?
Please kindly be aware that once an order has been successfully placed on-site the warehouse work very quickly to process the orders for dispatch. Once the picking and packaging process has started an order cannot be canceled.
However, kindly EMAIL US (contact@baselineshopxl.com) to request a cancelation (60 minutes after completing your order) and we will update you as soon as possible to make you aware if your order can be canceled.

Can I Order Two Sizes, Take One, And Return The Other?
Unfortunately, as stated on our STORE POLICY page, we do not offer a return policy.
So please make sure of the size before placing an order, and you can always use our size chart for any sizing help.

Can I Try The Item Upon Arrival And If It Doesn't Fit, Return it And Pay The Shipping Fee-Only?
Sadly Not, As this is not only against our store policy but the Courier's as well.

Why Did My Order Got Canceled?
Your order can be canceled due to the following reasons:
- Incomplete/ wrong Address
- Incomplete/ wrong phone number
